All commercial entities treat differently low paying and high paying customers. Ignoramus had thought in private hospital that would be reflected by hospitality that is by living space, attendant to patient ratio, etc. In CMRI that could be slippage in patient care causing sufferance, even death. Ignoramus will request my Government Health minister not to insist private deluxe hospitals to take low paying customers, because that becomes a death trap to us. Private Hospitals should be free to take only those they want to serve and as a clear transparent fashion hospital would say how much they expect patient party to cough up to maintain the profitability of the organization. Perhaps some organization will consider my category as customer and serve us to the extent of our ability to pay and make profit. Govt will arrange with non Govt non profit organizations for treatment of the rest. A regulating authority may help to maintain standard of services.
Let us be customer (patient/patient party) and service provider (hospitals, nursing home, doctors, nurses, diagnostic centers etc) same as many other market/industry.
