Babble 033 & Quest 024

Thanks to Google; it offers e-mail, blogspot and orkut-messaging freely. E-mail is one to one private communication. One can use it as group communication by sending mails to multiple addresses at a time, or one may blog and may ask others to read it, with remaining chances that unintended persons may read it. Alternately one may write scraps in some bodies scrap book and allow any orkutan to see it. Boodhooram got two fans in Orkut; in fact two of his friends named themselves as fans; it’s summertime; do fans make Orkuts cool?

Is Mr Fouad Alfarhan in jail? Democracies talk about justice; but States like India forgets about jailed under trials. It is quite common to find people in jail for thirty years for a crime punishable, if proved, not more than two years of imprisonment. Mr Fouad Alfarhan is not charged in that princely State. Or is he?

Is there anybody to take responsibility for those lost thirty years? Proud citizen of imperfect democracy named India, Boodhoram Ignoramus is a criminal uncharged, by omission, for not doing enough to make corrections.

Review April 05

It was mostly photos, some of a marriage in 2005 and resultant photo is posted in Sanibasor April 2008.

For 4th quest “do I fall in love consciously etc.” the answer could be that we fall in love unconsciously but fail to get out of the pit consciously. Is it not?

Babble 032

People need roads. Roads are mostly public property; some can be privately owned by institution or individual. In India engine powered vehicles and man/animal muscle powered vehicles ply on same public road along with pedestrians, is a big cause of daily accidents.

In First World Cities pedestrians without doubt get 1st right of way on paths. Vehicles (two, three, four, six, ten, eighteen wheeled) use roads. Vehicles are parked in predetermined places and people ride on vehicles from predetermined places. Markets are places to buy and to sell. Here carts are allowed.

Where powered vehicles ply shops and markets need be disallowed. In third world countries, our weird brain leaders’ sympathies are with path/road occupier men, such as hawkers/traders. Pedestrian looses the right of way. Killing fields of pedestrians can be places of bread earning of many.

Road act/rule was made many years ago. Road conditions changed much. Under pressure new road practices emerged which violets laws and rules. Ignoramus think time is ripe to change road rules in India.
