What is there for man in singing? When in group chorus makes socializing easy. And socializing is connecting many ‘I’. While we listen songs alone, in a radio or other devices, or are allowed to listen others singing, in fact a socializing and sometimes in absentia. But singing alone is it fantasy? The courage to sing aloud alone is commendable and very useful. Boodhooram shouts to sing only on sea shores and mountains or forests while alone. Like a ‘dhrupadi’ classical singer his shouts are full emotion and minimal in words. Although not all shouts are singing, he allows himself to imagine his shouts as singing. Ignoramus socializes with himself while singing alone in nature.
For records Boodhooram states he finds wanting/unimpressive his recorded voices and images in amateur movies. In his imagination his self image isn’t bad. Can he make his hard image attractive to himself?

Police of my country is becoming private security for rich and power full. That is impression of Boodhooram. As a thumb rule to understand a civilization or society he prefers to look at police or policing. Paranoia of scarcity is root of corruption in common people. Consumerism is partner.
Family needs policing to maintain social order, it is said. Then what is policing? In family and society to run in order every member plays his/her roles and takes his/her share as the custom prevails. All members specially the dominants look after this is done. If someone takes more or less or if somebody neglects to execute roles etc policing is applied to observe the deviations, to check chaos created due to disturbances, family/society try to amend with the help of judgments.
Policing needs resources. Family or society makes its mind on amount to spend on policing. In modern society policing have to have a model code of delivery.
As a role of polices to shield/protect weak from bullies is perhaps non controversial. In India and perhaps many other countries police became body guards of power full. Those power full people create a society where bullies rules and weak left unguarded. Subsequently police became servants of power full people but weak people pay the salary. So Boodhooram with his tons of ignorance is talking about a new custom namely extortion ‘Raj’. Most funny thing is that ruling class who are supposed to create a Ram Rajya, are eager to flaunt those black cat body guards shamelessly, which is proof of their failure.
Occasionally good deeds of police are noticeable. But unless one is blind in mind, it is easily observed police as bullies. Indian Penal code 1891 is made for the occupier of the country. It is found fit, for ruling class of today, without change even in so called free India in 1991.Sunday, March 15, 2009

Next months parliamentarians will be elected by ballot/vote from Indian citizens. In any constituency largest share of polled valid vote will elect a member of parliament. There is no limitation on number of candidates. In this system there is a possibility of electing a candidate who is hated by 75% voters in constituency.
There is some talk of negative vote. Instead, if candidates fail to get 50% or more in poll, a runoff vote is simpler between first and second. Thus we eliminate one possibility of electing most hated representative member of parliament.
