DD at large
Day dream, often I do. Today ignoramus was dreaming of smart card technology to replace present wasteful rationing System. In fact yesterday ignoramus was reading another joint daydream of Mr Kamath ICICI brand and Ms Sucheta Dalal a brand of her own in Indian Express. They were dreaming, perhaps extension of Choupal of ITC brand, of low cost money vending cum banking biometric sensitive machine to take his bank to huge village market. Extension of this system will reach to kiranas (shops) of villages. People will buy things with smart card. Money from Gov fund will go directly to smart cards of targeted persons who are supposed to be benefited by rationing system. Let those ration shops be ordinary independent kiranas.
